Warranty Service

       The warranty period for Zosen Products are 12 months after shipment. All
       the defected goods must be due to manufacturing faults. If it is caused by
       the misuse of the customer, there is a surcharge in repairing subject to
       customer's acceptance.

       Procedure:
         
1. Make sure the goods are our products and within warranty.
         2. Complete the RMA form and send to us by Fax or E-mail.
         3. We will assign a RMA number to customer within 3 day.
         4. Send out the shipment with one week to us in freight prepaid.
         5. We will check the arrived goods and send our confirmation within 2 days of the RMA arrival.
         6. The repairing period is normally in three to four weeks. If the goods cannot be returned on time,
              we will inform our customer and provide the solution such as replacement.
         7. We will send out the repaired goods to customer in bearing the freight.
